This report examines the landscape of food security and how it is affected by conflict and other factors that make its stability uncertain or fragile. The authors propose how the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) can adopt strategic approaches, programming, and measurement to promote better development outcomes, and sustain peace and prosperity.
